Joshua Hoffman is an entrepreneur who is always keeping an eye out for new opportunities. He discovered that big chain moving businesses owned the market for moving services and were usually the only route available for trailer rentals. This was in spite of high rates and a lack of staff with adequate training in the proper operation of trailers.
He also found that most big moving companies in the Tallahassee area had a surprisingly low inventory of trailers and often chose to rent out large moving trucks instead. Of course, the use of these moving trucks also came at a very high rate.
Joshua saw a need for exceptional customer service, knowledgeable consultation and competitive prices in the moving business. He believed that if he offered these things, business would take off. And it did!
